MINISTER GWENDOLYN GREEN, Founder & CEO
Gwendolyn "Gwen" Green is the Founder and CEO of Green Legacy Consulting Group, LLC. With extensive experience in healthcare administration, home-care operations, human resources, organizational leadership, and ministry administration, she helps vision-driven leaders transform ideas into organized, sustainable systems.
Gwen specializes in operational assessments, process improvement, SOP and policy-development guidance, staff training, strategic planning, project management, compliance readiness, quality improvement, and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex operations, developed training programs, strengthened workflows, and implemented systems that improve accountability, efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration and an Associate degree in Social Sciences. Gwen is also a minister, author, ministry leader (liturgical dance, marriage, & church administrator), community advocate, and breast cancer survivor whose faith and resilience shape her commitment to helping others move forward with purpose. Through Green Legacy, she empowers businesses, churches, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and emerging leaders to build with strategy, operate with excellence, and create an impact that outlives them.
DEACON ALEXIS "LEX" GREEN, Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor
Alexis “Lex” Green is the Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor of Green Legacy Consulting Group, LLC. With more than 15 years of transportation experience, over a decade of business collaboration, and a strong background in ministry and community service, Lex brings practical insight, steady leadership, and solutions-focused thinking to every engagement.
Lex supports clients by helping them examine their vision, identify practical needs, strengthen decision-making, and develop realistic paths from ideas to implementation. His grounded approach helps leaders look beyond immediate challenges, recognize opportunities, and establish structures that support consistency, accountability, and sustainable growth.
In addition to his business leadership, Lex serves as a deacon, ministry leader, Kingdom partner, and trusted strategic voice. He is passionate about encouraging entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and community builders to remain focused on their purpose while making sound, responsible decisions.
At Green Legacy, Lex works alongside Gwendolyn to ensure that every strategy is both visionary and practical—helping clients build stronger organizations, create meaningful impact, and leave a legacy that benefits future generations.
