No. We will begin by discussing what is happening within your organization and help you identify the strongest starting point.

Will you reset my entire organization in 14 days?

The Reset focuses on one priority area or clearly defined challenge. Larger organizational needs may require additional services or a longer consulting engagement.

Are complete policy and procedure manuals included?

No. Initial SOP development for the selected priority process is included. Complete manuals and extensive documentation packages are separate services.

Is full implementation included?

Implementation guidance is included. Hands-on implementation, ongoing project management, and administrative support may be added separately.

When does the 14-day period begin?

The engagement begins after the service agreement is signed, payment is received, the intake form is completed, and all requested documents have been submitted.

What happens if I delay providing information?

Timely participation is essential. Delays in submitting information, reviewing documents, or attending meetings may extend the completion date.
